What exactly is resilience?
For us, resilience is not just the ability to bounce back from a difficult situation.
RESILIENCE is the capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt in a phase of stress, adversity or challenge.
IT’S LIKE HAVING a fully charged inner battery and knowing how to keep it charged. It is a skill to keep body, mind and emotions in balance.
The more I can keep my inner battery charged the more I can –

STAY creative
BE adaptable
SHOW compassion and
Persevere
